We would like to say a huge thankyou to Oliver for attending our premises recently. We had quite a few issues but Oliver managed to sort these for us. It was nice to meet him in person instead of being on the end of the phone and whilst at our site he conducted himself in a professional manner. He didn’t seem to be phased by any of our issues and obviously has a vast knowledge of computers/IT – a credit to your company.

We are grateful to the 121 IT Services technical team for their excellent work during our moving offices. To quote one of our staff it was “seamless”. 121 IT Services were responsible for moving and reconnecting services, servers, backup servers, switching, all user devices (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.). We left our old office end of business one day and started work in our new office the next, without hitches. Thank you.
After my complaint of a few weeks ago, I feel honour bound to thank your firm for exceptional service in the last couple of weeks.
Luke was very helpful when I phoned last week & yesterday, Oliver went above & beyond the call of duty, to not only tell me how to solve a problem but, actually went ahead & completed the "fix" himself.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for all the work and expertise that you put into fixing Williams blue screen problems recently. Since you did the fresh installation and update to Windows 10 he has not further problems and comments on how fast the computer seems to be running. Over the last few years with your advice which started with upgrading the tower of my Dell computer, then on to Window 7, Window 10, Ipads , Upgrading the printer. I have reached what I vision would take me to the top of the computer layout. Covered by 121 IT support wise by you and now I am on the long road learning how to operate my layout. Also nice having a natter with you from time to time when you make a home visit.

Lewis here, I just wanted to email you guys to let you know how I was getting on and that I hadn’t completely forgotten about you. I have been getting on really well in my apprenticeship over the last year and have successfully completely everything and have finished the program as of 2-3 weeks ago. It is great to have completed the apprenticeship but even more brilliant news is the technical college where I have been working for the last year or so have offered me the position of IT Technician permanently which I’m absolutely over the moon about. I also wanted to email you guys to thank you all for everything that you did for me during my time working with you. I don’t think I would be in this position without the real hands on experience that you gave me and I can’t thank you guys enough. I have to admit I do miss it from time to time but I’m really loving this new job at the college.
While it may have been - to quote Luke - a straightforward job for you guys, it was powerful witchcraft to me – many thanks for the seamless transition of email to our new domain.
